message delivery time: a two digit representation of a year (00-99)

message delivery time: a full numeric representation of a year, 4 digits (1970-2038)

message delivery time: Numeric representation of a month, with leading zeros (01-12)

message delivery time: day of the month, 2 digits with leading zeros (01-31)

message delivery time: 24-hour format of an hour with leading zeros (00-23)
