Due to a serious bug in MS Outlook 2002 it is not possible to setup and run properly custom actions (our InboxRULES RW or CaXxxx add-ins) in MS Outlook Rules Wizard. It's necessary to install MS Office XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). This SP2 fixes the bug in Outlook XP running on Windows NT/2000/XP, but on the other hand completely removes Custom Actions support in Outlook XP running on Windows 9x/Me (w/o SP2 they didn't work as well). Therefore if you use Outlook XP with Windows 9x/Me and want to use Custom Actions you have to upgrade Windows to Windows XP Home or Pro.
